Shipping

We can ship to almost any address or PO Box in Australia, but please be aware that in some cases we are not able to ship to remote destinations within Australia due to costs. We will contact you with the additional freight charge. If you do not accept it, not a problem we will simply refund you all monies.

We offer international postage via AusPost Express International Postage service. This service offers 2-4 day delivery ETA to major citys with tracking via sms and email + signature on delivery. All import duty and sales tax that may be requested to be paid by the local customs office is that the responsiblity of the receiver.

When you place an order, the shopping cart will estimate the shipping cost based on the weight of the combined items, delivery dates will then vary as we manually choose the fastest shipping option available for the estimated cost. The cart will show if each item is available to be shipped or if an item will be placed on back order.

Shipping usually takes 1-3 days to process depending on stock availability.

Selexon Trading cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

When will my order arrive?

When you place an order with Selexon Trading, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. Once the items leave Selexon Trading you will be notified via email that it has left and also given a tracking number to track your order online.

We use Australia Post and various courier companies to deliver your order and each of these carriers has varying speeds of delivery times. Therefore, the time taken for the goods to reach you once they have left our warehouse will depend on the carrier and your location. The average time taken is from 1-2 days in Metro Sydney and 2-5 business days outside NSW. Remote areas of NT, QLD & WA may take a bit longer.

Please note that we cannot give any guarantees on delivery times other than the guidelines supplied by the carriers. We do not accept responsibility for delays as a result of their error or if you or someone nominated by you is not available to accept the goods, but we will definitely assist as much as we can to get any problem sorted out quickly.

Selexon Trading cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, All packages sent via Australia Post will be sent with proof of signature.

Is my item insured?

All items will be shipped without insurance, however for your peace of mind we can add on insurance at your costs. Please contact us to enquire about your options.

 

Returns

What do I do in case I need to return a product?

Should it be necessary to return an item please call us before sending anything back to us. We may have a better or quicker solution for you.

You may return* goods for an exchange, excluding any shipping and insurance charges, within a period of 14 days. In case of an exchange, an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) can be applied for via loging into your account and filling out and submiting the RMA.

Most items purchased from Selexon Trading are sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Merchandise can only be returned in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. If any of the above conditions are not met, Selexon Trading reserves the right to refuse the return.

In case of returns, shipping and all related costs are the responsibility of the buyer to send it back to Selexon Trading. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Selexon Trading cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

No exchanges will be made after 14 days.
